Here's a few recommendations I'm copying and pasting: Combine baking soda with water to create a paste. Apply it to the affected areas and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes before scrubbing gently with a soft brush. Rinse with clean water and let it dry completely. A solution of hydrogen...

Man sports, not for "men" who like playing with balls.

I've been teaching myself to be ambidextrous so switching between southpaw and orthodox is something I've been practicing. Lately I've been focusing a lot on simply footwork and jabs. I'll do a few jabs, bob and weave, then a few more jabs. I do that extensively while moving around the bag in a...

Man sports, not for "men" who like playing with balls.

Yep, being a professional fighter might seem cool but once you get hit in the head too many times there's just no way to avoid serious brain damage. Still, it's a good skill to have should you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to defend yourself. Mayweather was very good, I...

Haha! This would have been 1998 or something I think. That means I had the look first ;)

What is the coolest car or truck you have ridden in

When I was 17 years old my Dad rented this for us to drive in Hawaii. Then he tossed me the keys and said "have fun". I almost died, literally  Ended up doing a 360 in an intersection and going off the road almost into a guard rail. This was in Maui.

    Question about re-gearing

Re-gearing will completely transform the way it drives. See this thread: What gear ratio should I install in my Jeep Wrangler TJ / LJ? (and other re-gearing FAQs)

    4WD Not Engaging

Yes, with the linkage disconnected you should be able to manually shift the transfer case from underneath the vehicle to each gear. The clutch doesn't need to be engaged to do that. That factory linkage is an awful design to say the least. The cable shifter fixes all of that. It could just be...

Yep, that's why I never like big trees too close to the house! You definitely dodged a bullet with that one. Glad everyone is okay!

Man sports, not for "men" who like playing with balls.

Thanks! I used to do kick boxing when I was younger. I'll have to give it a try again. I'm trying to teach a lot of this stuff to my son since he really loves to fight. Of course you gotta be careful with fighting. All it takes is a few good hits to the head and you've got brain damage. Joe...

Haha! Okay well first time I've ever heard of this but it looks fun to say the least. I'd probably recommend some head gear though, just in case ;)

    4WD Not Engaging

Seems like a linkage issue given how problematic and annoying the factory linkage is. I'd highly suggest upgrading to a Savvy or Novak cable shifter. You'll thank me ten times over. It really makes such a huge difference. It's one of the best affordable mods you can do to your TJ.
