Engine rebuild complete encountering Msifire cylinder 5 and 1

I'll try and be clear and to the point. Completed my engine rebuild after I verified tdc, compression, and did a leak down. (I'm still sealing up the exhaust leaks which I suspect is the issue) I thought I got all of the exhaust leaks yesterday. I had a leak at the forward bolt on the header...

So the run down, I'm in Colorado it's been cold and windy. About 3 months ago it started doing the weird whining...

Exhaust hitting rear shock after lift

I'm on the fence. I kinda do what to go the custom route. I don't like the route it takes anyway by the shock and gas tank.

Exhaust hitting rear shock after lift

Ya I thought about it. I think if I spend a 100 to get it cut or bent from an exhaust place I might as well put the 100 towards the 250 for a high tuck exhaust

Exhaust hitting rear shock after lift

Pic? You're talking about the 2 bolts at the flange and not the hangers?

Exhaust hitting rear shock after lift

Ya I was looking for an exhaust spacer but I don't see any made.fo3 the TJ. Even a 2 inch spacer would push it straight back and clear more than enough. I'm half tempted to make one butnIll just call around tommorow for an exhaust shop

Exhaust hitting rear shock after lift

Lol Ya I was hoping maybe a new hanger or some washers might move it over. Maybe even a thicker gasket thst will push the exhaust towards the year by an 8th of an inch

Exhaust hitting rear shock after lift

Ya thats what I was going to do but my wife's pissed at the amount of money I've dropped lately into it so I'm looking for a solution I can do with tools lol

Exhaust hitting rear shock after lift

I need ideas on what to do. Preferably not spending more money other than maybe 10 bucks. I just lifted the Jeep about 4 or 5 inches. As you can see the exhaust and shock are making contact, especially after the shock relocation bracket. I don't want to kink the exhaust much right after the cat...

How do you get the Forward Yoke nut off??

Ya if I had a drive shaft wrench I though about putting my jacks bar that's 4 and a half feet long on it. LoL Still 600 ft lbs should have done it

How do you get the Forward Yoke nut off??

I've already dropped it. I didn't think it would be an issue with applying that much torque to get it off

How do you get the Forward Yoke nut off??

600ft lbs of break away should be way more than enough and yes lefty loose. I know what I'm doing for the most part.

How do you get the Forward Yoke nut off??

I'm doing a SYE and I've got everything broken down accept the front yoke. The nut isn't budging. I'm using an impact wrench with 300 ft lbs of torque. It'd not budging even after 3 days of PB Blaster. Am I missing something?
