Garvin roof rack

Hard top

Back seat

Some bumper and maybe a hitch eventually

33” spare on an Exogate

For around 2-2.5” of lift and some rake what springs would I need? They sold me the light springs.

Between 0-3" depending on which OME spring you select.

Thanks sir, I actually did a crappy post and went back and edited it- what springs for 2-2.5” of lift should I get ? They sold me the light ones.

Measure the free lengths and install what you got. Measure the ride height.

Go to the big spring chart in the resources section and find what spring rate you have. Look at the rates and lengths of the other OME springs and calculate which ones will do what you need.

Ok, I don’t have them now and I’m trying to get a starting point - I’m second-guessing if the light load is even close

I run the 2933's with a hard top, no back seat, skinny 33 spare, and a 30lb bag of tools. I net 2" of lift. Your results may vary.

If it is between the 941s and 942s, if the free lengths and rates in the big table are correct it makes little difference. The difference in free length and spring rate almost exactly compensate in any reasonable range of sprung weight. I posted about this in that thread but never really got to the bottom of it.

Light duty OME springs both F/R. 4.0 42RLE, stock front bumper, no winch, UCF aluminum/steel hybrid rear bumper (~36lb), MORryde spare carrier, 31/10.5/15 spare, no rear seat, soft top and empty cargo area ~2.5" lift (with a 10mm spacer up front to level the rake).

Thank you that company is here in Alabama and I like their products- Thank you very much for taking time to do that- That is the perfect blend of looks and function and all around size and weight- I’m good with $514 for that- How much was it on sale

$397 out the door shipped here to AZ. Listed at $467 at the time, so 15% off and 'free shipping'.

I ordered mine raw, then used Rustoleum self etching primer, followed by Ace Hardware satin black enamel spray, both rattle can.

If you're close enough to pick up, I'll bet you could shave a few $ off.
