The taller the lift the more important track bar length becomes. At 3" I'd consider an adjustable length front track bar and a rear track bar relocation bracket. Thanks for the feedback.
How crucial is an front or rear adj. Trackbar?
I guess bump stops are made for cutting regardless. They dont know what type fenders you use or not.
And looks like 3" kit is sold with same stops as 4,25 kit, but i could be wrong.

The 4,25 instructions that follows kit http://4x4media.info/instructions/zon/J1425.pdfMaybe someone with the 4.25 kit can tell us if the instructions direct the installer to cut the bump extensions as well as how to go about determining the appreciate l appropriate length.

No mention of trimming the bumps. The 4,25 instructions that follows kit http://4x4media.info/instructions/zon/J1425.pdf
Not a good idea. With the Zone kit, there's a bracket to relocate the rear trackbar, and the front is moved by drilling a new mounting hole.
I know, I did read this excellent How to set bump stop guide https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/how-to-set-your-bump-stop-on-a-jeep-wrangler-tj.2474/No mention of trimming the bumps.

I had this kit on my 2000 TJ with 33s and it rode great. That jeep had 3.07 gears so i rarely saw 5th gear, but it rode great and did everything I needed it to do offraod. Will probably do the same kit on my 99, maybe with different shocks just as people are commenting on Ranchos here.
This thread was 4 years old. I've had the Zone lift on my current Jeep for 6 years with zero issues. I bought the Rancho RS5000X shocks just to see if they rode better than the Zone hydro shocks that were discontinued............................
