What did you do to your TJ today?

Since I installed the ORO York compressor, this factory label is now wrong:

Yesterday, I rectified that by sticking this on my LJ:

I've been meaning to do that for a long time since I installed the supercharger. I've just had it drawn on a piece of cardboard in my glove box. Thanks for the reminder

My LJ is approaching 100,000 miles, what maintenance should I be planning for? I bought it at 94k, and don't have any copies of records of past maintenance.

Pretty much everything. You’ve probably already done an engine oil & filter change. Now you change everything else; Cooling system flush, transmission, transfer case, both differentials, brake fluid & anything else I forgot to mention. ‘Probably a good idea to change the belts & hoses unless you know it’s been done recent. I did all this to mine shortly after I bought it. It had less than 40,000 miles at the time, but it was still over 16 years old & I didn’t have any documentation from the PO.
Your owner’s manual should list all of the fluid’s & capacities for you.
Have fun!

I guess I can cheat and just add stuff here that I've done since I bought this 2004 LJ 3 months ago.

New wheels and tires
LED headlights
Clear lenses up front
Bartact seat covers
Removed carpet in prep for Bed rug (possibly)
All interior LED bulbs
ARB bumper
Winch
Drained trans fluid and installed bunged trans pan from Blaine
Barnes 4WD bolt up skid and engine/trans skid
Advanced adapters SYE with new tcase chain
Tom woods front and rear driveshafts
Trans fluid cooler
GM interior rear-view mirror wired in
Double DIN radio with backup camera

I DROVE IT! Took the new suspension on a "shakedown" run to town. Basically a grocery run. I have to say it rides pretty dang good. I also got to test the new soft top for weather.....rain, hail, high winds....it was water tight! That was relieving.

The only negative I have - and I'll give it a chance - are the tires grab and hold gravel rocks. I live off a gravel road....tires pick them up by the handful and then spit them out when I get up to speed on pavement. They are brand new, so maybe once they get a few miles it won't be as bad. I'll see how I like them in various traction scenarios before that bugs me. They did great in the heavy rain and hail today. Milestar Patagonia XT's.

I bought this LJ and was told it was regeared but the PO didn't know what gear. I did the calculators online and everyone told me 5.13. I pulled the rear diff cover today and found some pretty new looking 4.88 Yukon gears. It has Yukon axles and diff covers too. Waiting on a Lubelocker to get here and tossing in some fresh fluid.

I’m installing a new lift (Currie 4” + 5000x) and off to a slow start!
So far I built some jack stand extensions out of 6x6 PTs, started to drop the front trac bar, decided to get the sway bar end links out of the way first, and ended up having to do some cutting and breaker-bar work to accomplish that.

So all that is to say - I removed my front sway bar end links! But I hope to get some more done after lunch.

its progress still! I would be presoaking everything in the rear to give it some time to help loosen things up as yoi work on the front

Yup, I did the presoak … although with PB Blaster, which I learned today sucks compared to kroil!

If you have some automatic transmission fluid and acetone, a 50/50 mix of that is tied with Kroil as the best penetrant I've personally ever used.
