Part numbers of what I used:
kleanstrip 1 Gallon Aircraft Stripper GAR4000
Rustoleum Self-Etching Primer 249322
Duplicolor HWP105 Bronze
Duplicolor HWP106 Matte Clearcoat
I also used various sand papers, steel wool, and degreasers, but those are available in various flavors everywhere you go, so part numbers aren't really necessary. I will say, however, after every step of paint i scuffed with 5000 grit polishing pads to help with adhesion. At least i thought it did. So, primer, dry for a day, 5000 grit. Color coat, dry for a day, 5000 grit.
I used a can of paint for each wheel. So, 4 primer, 4 color, 4 clear. Maybe over kill, but it's better to overkill squirrel than underkill a bear.
Edit: be aware I'm not professional painter by any means. There's definitely better ways to do it. But cheaper? Ehh
