I’m sure you know that tire imbalance can cause vibration issues.

Maybe it’s a joint issue in the front DS that could be fixed. Are you geared lower now? How’s the pinion angle look?

I’d probably pull the front DS and if the harmonic goes away I’d look at your front pinion angle and driveshaft components.

And if the DS removal doesn’t change things at least you can move on. Best of luck man let us know how it goes.

I'm pretty sure putting in the SYE and rear arms 1 inch longer front springs, and subsequently raising up the skid plate a full inch caused the front drive shaft and pinion to get out of alignment enough to cause issues.

The front shaft/pinion is 2.5 deg different, and I've read around here that more than 1 deg difference is known to cause vibrations.

So I ordered adjustable upper arms for the front.

I might be available. Transmission is back together. Probably be some deep water in the canyons and washes but the river crossing if definitely going to be sketchy. A back up trail idea may be prudent. It's flowing over 3 feet right now and rising. Expected to crest 4 feet or more...
