Phoned the courier people who then said oops sorry your parcel is lost. we will need to fill in Insurance form so I did and waited again.

Amazon sent me a f@cking Bestop Seat and not a roof !!!!

OK ordered a new Bestop replace-a top through Amazon on January 7th.... delivery was due January 30th which is usual for me.
Delivery was delayed 2 weeks and finally cleared customs here in New Zealand Feb 14th... 3 days later still no parcel..... Courier says give it a week so I waited.
A week went by and the tracker then said it was delivered, when t clearly wasn't
A week later got email saying that parcel has cleared customs and will be delivered... so I called courier and asked if this was true as they told me it was lost. yes, came the reply its on its way.
More promises went by still no parcel... I was calling the company daily at this stage as now its March and still nothing.
Finally delivered yesterday..... yesssssss.
Came home all excited to see my new Bestop roof....and..... Amazon sent me a f@cking Bestop Seat and not a roof !!!!
So 2 and half months of waiting, delays, parcel being lost then found, filling in forms and countless phone calls......for nothing.
Now I have to call Amazon and explain everything to them and get another top ordered....I ordered it in the middle of Summer here so I can fit it on a hot day and now the days are cooling down.
I am pissed off.....Yes the above was the short version haha.

If you order the roof now, you'll get the other seat in time for next summer
