So i picked up these JK wheels so I can put some 285s in them so I can drive around without the beadlocks, they so happen to have 37s on them and it was a good deal. Now I know what it would look like if I pit these tires on my beadlocks. The stock wheels need a 2in spacer instead of 1.5 tho

I've got a spot on the passenger door where something fell on the door, dented it, removed the paint, and it started to rust. I actually have a color matched paint pen. What's the best way to prep this to remove the rust, prep it, and paint this spot? Also, should I even try to remove the dent as well?
That spot of rust is likely 3-4 times larger than what you can see. The flaking around the rust edges is a clear sign that it's more pervasive than visible.
Youtube will give you plenty of 'how to' options. ChrisFix has some DIY-friendly videos on paint repair. But there are plenty of others that will give great advice.
You'll be doing trim removal and spraying paint - no way a paint pen will be your friend here.
And, as far as the dent - the angle is tough to see here the extent of the dent but you're likely into Bondo over pulling the dent given the spot. Again - ChrisFix has some friendly videos on bondo work but also a ton of other YT DIYers.
New tires, still takeoffs but only 500miles, never had ones with the rubber nubbies still there and the wear bar is so far away.
Since the weather warmed up, there's a new clutch, new universal joints(5), front/rear differential gaskets, new tailgate, new soft top. Squeezed in a new fan shroud, catch can, and oil change also. I bought the jeep last fall and replaced just about everything underneath not listed above before it got too cold. Next on the list if you didn't guess is rust. I'm happy 20 yrs old and check engine light is off. No codes, did some maintenance on that also. Been twisting torx bits but I guess it's part of the fun. Putting new side mirrors on when the rain stops so I can take the doors off.
I had a brand new windshield installed yesterday.
It was so pock marked and cracked that when I got inside, it didn't even look like I had a windshield in. It was so clear!
Bad news on the way home, about three houses down from my house there was a loud BANG underneath the shifter area.
It sure made a grinding sound when I came to a halt.
I had to move from in front of person's driveway about 10 ft, It did not sound good.
So much for being excited about the beginning of the restoration of my Jeep.
I guess I'm just restoring more than I thought.
I went and looked at it this morning, the drive shafts were intact, U joints were intact.
Either something let go in the transfer case, or I rebroke something in my rear end. I just had the rear end completely rebuilt about 4 years ago and I didn't drive for one year while I was off work.

Time to put it on stands and start rotating stuff. If you have real confidence in your stands you could run it in the air and check it that way. But I emphasize "REAL CONFIDENCE IN YOUR STANDS".
