I think I am going to relocate the solenoid pack too .
Picture taken right before throwing in the metal recycle bin and buying a nice Warn lightly used winch. Sorry, might be mistaken. D

It's over 100 pounds with the wire cable. It gets a lot of use pulling logs, rocks and old downed trees on some property we have, I don't think I've ever pulled the Jeep itself with it.
Warn M8274 (Steel Cable): Weighs about 121 lbs. to 134 lbs

Nice where did you get the end caps for bumper, does the hoop bolt on or weld? Nice work I like it.
These are rear bumper endcaps, they fit on the front if you cut it straight. You can also buy endcaps that square off the sharp edge that is exposed when you remove the factory front endcaps.
The winch guard is bolt-on and fits the factory bumper mounting holes. Heres a link. I did have to do some fitting to clear the stock swaybar that was a pain, but it bolted up after a little work with a dremel.
Im not sure i would buy the winch hoop at the price point listed, when i bought this winch hoop it was $149 in 2022.
If i recall, the winch mount is the cheap Rough Country mount. All smashed together with some big ass grade 8 bolts. Nothin' fancy.

I thought that price increase was ridiculous. I bought mine when they were reasonably priced too.
They are a bit steep for what it is, seems to be other options though. I just wanted to see what a winch on oem bumper, now you guys got me want I g end caps and hoops wth! Lol you all are fired!!!
@Jhighers, if it helps anymore, I finally got back home. The mounting plate is a Quadratec. I did a quick search and I'm not sure they still make that style.
