Torque clutch converter solenoid on 30rh 3-speed automatic ‘97

I’m trying to replace the solenoid. I have the valve plate almost all the way off. I can’t seem to get the throttle connection off. I found plenty of videos on how to get the plate back in. A good one by Big Juicy, but nothing showing how they disconnected it. The picture I’m attaching shows the throttle levers on a pulled transmission (not mine). There is a bolt with a square nut and I removed the bolt, but that didn’t seem to free it to come off

What do I have to remove to get this off so I can pull the valve plate down?

I found this link. It tells you to remove the tv cable valve, but doesn’t say how to do it.
