Well, they owe you another one. Lifetime warranty.
I’ll have to look into it. I got it on wholesaler close out sale, 30 day warranty.
Call Delphi and ask. Worst they say is no.

I used to rely on insurance for towing and windshield replacement until I experienced what happened to rates if I ever used the coverage. Now I pass on the insurance and use AAA and just pay for new glass when needed.
I've learned to only insure and file claims for catastropfic events and self-insure whenever it makes sense.
That's crazy... I have used my glass replacement and towing coverage NUMEROUS times and it doesn't affect our rates here. Definitely makes it not worth having if it jacks up your rates when you use it.
Just wait till you try to shop for insurance and they count up claims. Then it doesn't matter how much the claims were for and you're stuck. Insurance is a racket. They're not in it for charity, in fact there's a ton of profit in the minutia.

Insurance is definitely a racket. But I also don't intend on changing companies anytime soon. I've been with the same company for 27 years, and every time I've shopped around, no one else comes close (unfortunately).
With what I've spent on insurance over the years, I'm definitely going to take full advantage of my coverage when needed. And I've certainly had to do that a few times

I’ve only had to use the towing on my insurance a few times luckily and hasn’t affected my rates. I’ve also been through about 3-4 different insurance companies over the past 5 years. Probably has something to do with the fact that I’ve not had any claims or anything else. 
I’ll call them and ask. Regardless, I’ve got a new pump coming today.
I haven't had any issues with Plodgressive over this either. I belonged to AAA for about 40 years, as did my parents before me. But they absolutely SUCK here in Florida. After the last time I waited 4 hours - at nite! - and they still didn't show, I switched to the InsCo program. Its cheaper and they show up right away! When the Jeep had the clogged cat, I was able to arrange to get it towed home for an extra $300+ over the phone, no problems (other than they kept wanting to TEXT me crap). I tried something like that with AAA once, and it was "painful". The only thing I miss about AAA is their "Tour Books" and their maps. They can't do DMV stuff here in Florida like they did in Commiefornia - so what good are they?
