A local guy guy on facebook marketplace just upgraded to rubicon axles from someone else and decided to pass on the axles at a good price so I skipped zoom school for the day and picked up the axles it helps for the end goal of 35's I just need to buy the zj tie rod conversion and a durango steering box.Just read through all the pages of your thread, the jeep looks awesome! Love the patriot blue. You got a killer deal on the axles/lockers, did you just find them on Craigslist or something or did you pull them out of a jeep yourself at a junkyard?
Thanks I appreciate it and the bikini top is definitely one of my favorite partsTop and doors off always looks the best on Jeep’s. Your build is awesome so far
Cannot disagreeThanks I appreciate it and the bikini top is definitely one of my favorite parts
I’ll be interested to see what people reply to this, i’ve been debating doing the zj or the currie as well.Im going to upgrade my steering components my jeep is loose on the freeway so im debating. Do I do the zj tierod conversion or go straight to currie the plan will be to run 35's on the jeep and its my daily I want to be able to do trails and then still be able to freeway drive after should I buy the currie steering or is the zj conversion enough
I havent gotten any opinions I think im just gonna try to get the currie and buy once. I dont wanna have to buy the zj conversion then the currieI’ll be interested to see what people reply to this, i’ve been debating doing the zj or the currie as well.
