Not sure I've ever read anything on any thread where someone was attempting to make that claim. So, you may be waiting a while on that one. From what I've gleaned from most posts, folks are saying the MC arms/joints are sufficient for their application. I don't see that as a challenge or threat to the JJ's reign as the superior product. I just see it as a sufficient compromise. But then again, I can only speak for myself. If I thought I was ever going to do what some of you folks do in the rocks, I probably would start with the JJ's. But I don't, and so I didn't.You'd think someone would at least want to defend MC as an equivalent. Anyone?
When the cost is comparable, why choose the lesser product? That is the confusing part in all of this. Not sure I've ever read anything on any thread where someone was attempting to make that claim. The cost difference is insignificant. Many have spent far more than the difference on angry bird grills and LED lights. When the cost is comparable, why choose the lesser product? That is the confusing part in all of this.
That is why I don't buy into the idea that MC is a sufficient compromise. You are paying similar money for a compromise. That is confusing.
But you’re less likely to kill the MC joints if you have an angry bird grill, or so I’ve been told. The cost difference is insignificant. Many have spent far more than the difference on angry bird grills and LED lights.
Ya got me there! But you’re less likely to kill the MC joints if you have an angry bird grill, or so I’ve been told.
Why do people buy Fox’s when you could buy King’s? Chevy when you could buy a Ram? Yamaha when you can buy Honda? Beer vs wine? Burger King vs McDonalds? When the cost is comparable, why choose the lesser product? That is the confusing part in all of this.

That right there is why these discussions are fucked. I have the ability to fix it and I will after this post. Your comparisons are predicated upon equality. If that is true, then tell me straight up that I am doing my client a solid with no compromise if I bolt the MC joints onto the ends of his Savvy Mid arms. If you can't or won't do that, then the equivalency is missing. If it isn't missing, then tell me to run them on this next build. Why do people buy Fox’s when you could buy King’s? Perhaps, in my case at least, it's the same reason why I've driven AMC products for years. The world tells me they're garbage, but my tens of thousands of miles behind the wheel of them would seem to indicate something different. I could drive a "tried and true" Chevrolet, but I instead chose a Gremlin. I showed up to work on time. I didn't break down. I spent the same amount of money on maintenance as the Chebby boys. Hell, I even had to spend the same amount of money to acquire the car. The Chevies could kick the Gremmie's ass in a race, so I didn't lay claim to being faster. What I can lay claim to is having made up my own mind on what would, will and does work for me, with the added bonus that it's different than what the masses go with. I kinda enjoy that, to be perfectly honest with you. And if the MC arms let me down, then it will have proven to be a time where I made a mistake by not following others. My money, my loss. Doesn't really bother me. Life's too short to sweat the small stuff. In the meantime, I'm enjoying the hell out of this thread, so thank you all. You just can't buy good entertainment like this, anymore! When the cost is comparable, why choose the lesser product? That is the confusing part in all of this.

Freedom of choice, brother. Freedom of choice. Why do people buy Fox’s when you could buy King’s? Chevy when you could buy a Ram? Yamaha when you can buy Honda? Beer vs wine? Burger King vs McDonalds?
Discount code for Savvy “JF2018” should save you some cash FYI.imma go with the savvy CAs, no hate to the MC people, I just would rather go with something that has a bit more of a reputation

But there’s not an equality. There are things about each one of those items that people choose for some reason. That right there is why these discussions are fucked. People occasionally come here for help informing their choices.Freedom of choice, brother. Freedom of choice.
Yes. That's why. I knew there was a simple category for me to occupy. We have control arm bushings as a fashion statement. Who's next?
....
Nobody has made the claim that a MC joint is better than a JJ, I haven’t even seen where anyone has made an equivalency statement. So I don’t see anyone telling you any different.
It's what is commonly known as a 'spliff' equipped with a patented 'Peter fits-well' style coupling. As one who used to partake 69-74 or so, what is that? Never saw anything like it.
Don’t forget your bumper jewelry. That’s part of the fashion statement you know.We have control arm bushings as a fashion statement. Who's next?
