Are Metalcloak control arms any good?

Here are my lower front control arms MC joints that i have completely forgotten to do anything to, in span of almost 4 years.
Tomorrow will service uppers, and rear lowers. Rear lowers are just as old as front, uppers are 3 and 2 years old.
Some survived, some not, there is no way to tell from outside without unbolting and applying twisting force on them. This is in regards to people discussing maintenance of duroflex vs johnny . While procedure is simpler with duroflex, there is no way of telling when it is in need of replacement without spending time on them, unless you change yours out based on time interval. Thus to say that one is easier maintain than the other is splitting hairs.
