Ordered the header seal from CarID. Top is only about 3-4 years old. I do have a new top section that Bestop sent me due to a warranty issue. If this doesn't work, I will swap that as well.

I have flooded the cowl drain and can't get it to leak inside. Just went out to move it in the garage to dry it out and avoid the rain over the next couple of days. There is water in the driver side as well.

Ordering one now, might as well.

I sealed off the gaps and am waiting for some spray sealer. After last night's rain, I even have water on the right side of the pass. seat, and behind it. I replaced both door seals a month or so ago. Driving me crazy.

On top of the existing, or dig out the foam?

In the latest downpour, I had some standing water in the passenger floor. I thought the fresh air box was the culprit so I pulled the top and made my own gasket. I checked it again the other day after a good rain, there was a lot less water this time, not standing like before. FF to today...

Next week I am going to be taking off my rock sliders and rear fenders to replace the stainless bolts with black oxidized ones. Since I'm going to be in there I am going to trim the rear fenders out. What would be a good primer/paint/rust inhibitor (prefer spray) to prevent body rust? PFA

Took the plugs out to inspect, everything looked fine. Put the old coils back on, no luck. Belt off, still ticking. Changed the OPDA because why not. Added a Zinc oil additive to see if it would quiet down, no luck. Also seafoamed the oil, gas tank, and vac line. The "backfiring" has...

I will take the belt off and try that. Just went out and put my hand on the OPDA, not it. At first startup it’s not running great. You can definitely hear backfire in the exhaust. Constant too, not sporadic.
