No. The plastic piece that runs across the bottom of rear window. The rear door butts up against window to keep it tightly closed.

Thanks for the help. My cluster fuse was good and battery was good. I clean as many of the main grounds as I could fine. I pull my cluster and found one the two muti-connections apart. Reconnected and that was my fix. Cluster lights work and crazy gauges function properly and dome lights work...

Thank you both for direction. I will start by checking fuses and then go to checking grounds. From there I will pull gauge cluster and clean terminals. I'm starting to wonder if my multi-switch may have some problems.
