I would run the 8 speed auto that either of those would be connected to. If you really want a manual, the nv4500 is really the only and best option for strength and ratios

I drive a manual as well. Rubicon 6 speed geared same as Plumber1. 35s. I prefer manuals but I also get the appeal of an automatic.

You will need the locker, install kit and ring and pinion if changing ratios. Also, some specialized tools are required. Bearing press, micrometer on a magnetic base, torque wrench and a set of calipers. Follow instructions carefully and it really helps to have someone who has done it before...
