    MO River Valley Cruise

Hey all. I organized a fall cruise with our family of Jeepers through the local Missouri River Valley backroads. The hope was to time it with the color changing leaves, but the weather hasn't been cooperating lately and has been too hot without rain. So, it just turned into a cruise instead. As...

    Think I'm over towing weight?

2500# hull + 500# outboard + trailer with non-functioning hydraulic brakes. Send it! My local jurisdiction doesn't allow unhitched trailers on public streets and I had to take the tow pig today for some oversized hauling, so I "hooked up" my TJ and snapped a pic.

    GPS Tablet

Does anyone have recommendations for a low-cost android GPS enabled tablet? Looking to use this solely for offline maps and tracking in our Jeep, SXS, and boat adventures, so no need for LTE. I was hoping to find a more name-brand one so as to find a dust-proof case, like the Samsung A7 Lite.

    Mini Jeeps

Looking at picking up one of these for the kids as they've officially outgrown the power wheels. Any one have any experience with them? Looks to me like a prettied up go-cart. https://coolster.com/vehicles/gk-6125a/ https://gokartsusa.com/Willys-125-jeep-gokart.aspx

Diamond Recovery Ring - Soft Shackle Pulley

I stumbled across this a while back on a FB group and then again on BleepingJeep. Its marketed as a snatch block replacement. Anybody use them or see a reason to avoid? https://customsplice.com/products/diamond-recovery-ring?variant=31121606672428

WTB: 97-02 and 03-06 TJ Frames

Looking for a pair of rust free frames (because "The Rust Belt" is true to its moniker). Needing one for the 97-02 and 03-06 TJ's, both in the in 6 cyl setup. Not sure if there's a difference on frame mounting, but the later one would be for a Rubicon. Have a hauler ready, just need the items...

I too can park like a jerk

Recently a doctor in our office building has decided his 2015 E-Class is worthy of two spots in the typically crowded upper lot rather than parking in the mostly open lower lot. Not one to stand for such bullshit, I elected to let my shitbox keep his car from being too lonely. And will likely...

    72afr's 2004 TJ Rubicon

Hello! In a small bit of self-realization over the last six months, I've come to the conclusion that I no longer remember everything. So, in an attempt to log my purchases, changes, and repairs, and maybe help others looking to replicate some decisions, I'm starting another build thread. The...

Any uses for old synthetic winch line?

Have any of you guys worked up uses for replaced winch lines? My Xd9000i came with a synthetic line (unknown brand or age, but I've used it a few times without issue) and I recently picked up a new TRE line to replace it with. I haven't inspected it yet, but assuming I can make use of the...

Bestop Highrock 4x4 Rear Bumper & Carrier and Body Lift

Looking for any one who is currently running the Bestop Highrock 4x4 Rear Bumper with carrier (not the oversized that includes tub mounted hinges) and a body lift. Bestop's direction says it will accomodate up to a 1" body lift, but I was hoping to squeeze out another 0.25" (which doesn't seem...

    Cutting Trails

Not so much of a trail ride as it is trail creation. Recently purchased some property and am in the process of cutting some light jeeping trails throughout. Here are just a few shots as I was out there as well as the result of finding a tiny mud pit on the way out.
