3.07 gears for some odd reason

More like south Texas pinstriping from all the brush/trees down on the deer lease. No rocks or mountains here pal. The paint was literally peeling off the hood so I decided to paint it.

I am good with these 33s for awhile, I just hate being knocked back to 45mph on a tiny Texas hill, Need to be able to atleast hold 65 mph. That 3.07 on my cover doesn't mean factory 3.07 gears does it? I noticed both covers had that. I figured they were 3.73

I will probably go with the 4.88 just in case one day I move up to 35s. Shops in south Texas want $1700-1900 for the gear swap, is that a decent price?

Added 33’s today and down went the power. Been reading different things and looks like I need to change my gears to 4:10 atleast. I do have a 6cyl with a manual 5spd. Also what about a cold air kit. Looking for anything to help get my torque and overall power back
