Has anyone used or see any performance results from using a Clifford intake manifold with 4 throttle bodies?

I had a similar problem. I put Tungsten disulfide from Micro Surface Corporation in the all the oils in my TJ. It really helped with the problem with 2nd gear but I’m also getting a 10% increase in fuel economy http://www.microsurfacecorp.com/

Its an 04....Whats an OPDA?

Its more of a rattle than a ticking. Quite loud

When I start My TJ first thing in the morning, It makes a rattling sound for a second, them goes away for the rest of the day. Doesn't do it every morning, maybe 4 out of 7 days. Do these have a hydraulic chain tensioner or something similar that may be sticking? Cheers
