Not yet. All the parts I kept ordering were wrong. Come to find out it's an 96 motor. So the early 97 motors were 96 Cherokees. Now I need to get those parts.

Took it apart, cleaned it up pretty damn good. Housing and everything. Took for a test drive. Idle drops like it wants to stall. Doesn't stall but almost.

Ok so on top of the key switch problem, There is a random stalling while trying to go through a drive through. Replaced plugs and still does it. Cleaned out throttle body. Still persists. Ordered tps and map sensor. Wrong ones came in. Few months ago I replaced the muffler and catalytic...

Well we will see. The issue was random in the past. To where she would click all the way and it wouldn't start or do anything. And every now and then you'd have to lift up on the key to get it to turn. So if this repair doesn't work, new tumbler.

Parts came in from 1aauto. Put it together. No start. Reassembled, made sure it all lines up and starts like a champ. Let's see if she has another problem.

Parts are ordered. Should be in tomorrow. I ordered both parts so I can just replace them. No need for the actuator pin to break a week later.

Ok so the actuator works good. No broken parts. So I'm guessing the switch is bad and not the actuator.

Hmmm now I'm wondering lol. Should I replace all three items. Tumbler and the two others.

For some reason they are separate line items. I'm guessing ones the part the key goes in and the other is on the opposite side.
