03-04 TJ input about EATX relay

Almost 200 miles today with multiple stops. Everything seems normal without the EATX stuff plugged in.

Apparently not since neither of us knew we didn't install it.

I have 2004 TJ with the 42RLE auto. I pretty much no nothing about electrics.
So I was looking up how/where I could find a switched power source for auto trans cooler fan.
Saw this post, a bit old but, mine has no relay in the Etax location, had the vehicle for 4 yrs.
Seems to work fine just thought I would let you know.
Should there be a relay there?
