2006 Rubicon - things to look out for?

I might go look at a 2006 Rubicon this weekend. It's an automatic and looks to be fairly stock with a hard top. I love my 2000 Sport, but the automatic transmission, Dana 44s, lockers, and 4:1 transfer case makes this Rubicon worth a look. Plus it has a really good price tag.

I am pretty familiar with the older model TJs, but I know the newer models (especially the Rubicon) have a few differences that I'm not too familiar with.

What are some of the things I should look out for? I have read a few threads about OPDA issues, O2 sensor issues, and hard shifts from 1st to 2nd with the 42RLE in 2006 models. I'll definitely look for frame rust, especially if this Jeep came from outside of Arizona.

I would say rust is the biggest issue. Specially on the frames and body mounts.

Most people out there don't really take care of them as much as some others. So the interiors can often be trashed.

And the biggest issue with the 42RLE is people using the wrong fluid in them. The 42RLE has to have the stock mopar stuff. You could ask the PO about the fluid but he/she might look at you as if you have a third eye.

Often the exhaust manifolds have leaks in them and you can hear it on acceleration. Thankfully the 06 should have the flex style manifold that is less likely to crack and leak. But it still happens.
