If you like it, see if you can find a hardtop for it. Next summer, when its been over 100 for three weeks, you are going to want some A/C. My history with the soft top is that the A/C does not keep the interior cool at high exterior temps. I lived with the soft top for three years. In SA, I was only able to ride with the top down for a few weeks every year.
It will be kept at our property in Rockport...just to mess around in and take to Port A sometimes. I will probably leave the top off most of the time.

I can see that. Come on down where we spent all summer with no rain, no wind, 100+ almost every day and 80's at night. We are on the wrong side of the hills.
Looks like it was towed behind an RV from the looks of the brackets on the front bumper. Could be wrong, but something to be aware of.
Thanks. I noticed those brackets. The front paint is very clean, no rock chips or anything like that.
Could be for many reasons. However, in this case, I'm sure it was a repo, since we don't have a key. The company that owns it specialize in repossessions.
Found a 2006 Rubicon. Has 182k on the miles. No rust, most problems areas have been repaired or replaced (rear main seal, oil pan gasket, transfer case, front diff seal, valve cover gasket, water pump, clutch). Both lockers activate immediately. What do you guys think it is worth?

At 182k, anything that spins is going to be pretty close to worn out. Wheel bearings, ujoints, seals, tcase bearings, axle bearings, AC, steering pump, steering gear, engine seals/bearings, transmission... just what I can think of off the top of my head.
Sounds like some have been repaired replaced but it's not going to stop
$10,000 if it's stock. Next thing that breaks on mine (144,000 miles) and cost a lot to fix and it's gone for $12,500 cash.
p.s. Update;
My mechanic wouldn't take responsibility for screwing up my axle seal (second time different Jeep). He wants $300 to fix the one side. I'll pay someone else MORE $ before I give him $300 to fix his FuKup.

Looks nice. I would sell mine for $12,500. I have no idea of TX prices. I always sell mine within a day or two and don't ask ridiculous (Biden price hike) prices.

I’ve been browsing prices for a TJ/LJ for my 14yo son. Seems like $12,5 to 18k for a TJ/LJ rubicon with 150k +.

Mine has 142xxx and I wouldn't sell it for less than $18,000.00 and honestly it's not for sale. I bought it from a friend and know everything he did to it and how meticulous he is.
