Well I thought I had replied already but I reckon I didn't hit the button to post it... I tried to be careful and not let anything get in except the transmission fluid from rebuild to install but there always the possibility that I made a mistake and let something happen. I'm going to start draining the radiator tonight so that I can get right to swapping them if the new one comes in tomorrow so I'm going to taking a good look at the coolant to see if there's any shenanigans going on there. I'll take some pictures tomorrow and keep you posted. Thanks again for all your help, it's greatly appreciated!
