4WD shift linkage doesn't go into 4-low easily

I actually had the SYE installed not too long before. It was working fine the first time I had taken it out, so figured that couldn't be the problem. After exhausting all other possibilities I took it back to the shop that did the work. They had to pull the case back apart and said some piece near the fork inside had slipped out of place. The tech who did the work was gone for the day, so I wasn't able to get a better specific part. It seems to work fine again which great since I'm driving it to the middle of Nevada next week. I guess the Savvy cable shifter wasn't necessary after all, but I'll consider that a bonus(y)

The shop didn't try to make any excuses and took care of it. Very pleased with The 4x4 Shop in Livermore, Ca... There have been a couple minor issues and every time they've made things right.
