97 TJ RHD Dash Electrical Issues

For those that don't know I'm a active duty Marine stationed in Okinawa Japan. Okinawa just got slammed with Typhoon Khanun not once but twice over a 7 day period. My Jeep is having a few issues after we finally got released from our shelter in place order. Water never reached the door seals however there was plenty of water inside the Jeep due to 150 mph winds and driving rain.

Most components located on or near the dash have stopped working. Is there a "master" fuse? Also the Airbag dash light is on.

Working:
Gauge cluster and lights
Headlight / dimmer / interior light switch
High beams

Not Working:
Wipers
Blinkers
Hazards
Climate Control
Radio
12v Accessory Plug
Back glass wiper / defrost button

Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to give those Blue Falcon MPs any reason to pull me over.

I think you best disconnect the battery first and go thru the Jeep and dry it all off. If everything is still soaked, and youre running things hot, youre liable to cause more harm then good

Get yourself a fluke with a continutiy tester and start checkin fuses everywhere too

Are you at Kadena Air Force base?? I got stuck there during a WestPac and a typhoon forced out ship to leave port. Spent most of my time at the Mercury Club aka “banana club”. Is it still there??

I live on Camp Foster. The "banana show"!! Haven't heard that spoken out loud in a long time. Most of that stuff got shut down when they turned off the off base libo about 10years ago. I went there back in the early 2000s.

I found no issues after checking all the fuses and relays I could find. In an attempt to dry things out I took the doors off and opened the back glass on a sunny day. Carpets and seats were dry, however no change to the electrical issues after a day in the sun so I put a dehumidifier in the Jeep over night and let it run full blast. When I came out the next morning the reservoir was full any the Jeep was significantly less musty. Crank the Jeep over and the radio turned on!
Everything works now except for the horn. I will trace that down using a few other threads. Thanks for the help @CreepinDeth.

Okinawa has a few spots that people seem to enjoy. A lot of it deep mud and i stay away from mud as much as possible. There are a few hill climbs and some hilly/rock areas were you can articulate slightly. Suzuki Jimnys are really popular out here. So trails are skinny.

I plan to ship the Jeep back to the states when my time is done here on Oki.

Sorry, should have specified I wasn't looking for a general answer. I was curious what you did and didn't know about. Oki is my home away from home
