Hello all my name is Dave I live in the New York City metro area. I currently drive a 1999 jeep TJ with a 4 inch lift and 33‘s. I previously had a 2014 Jeep JK but due to a cracked engine block I traded it in and got a full-size truck and now my jeep TJ is a fun toy. Slowly fixing all the previous owners mess ups throughout the years so it’s been fun .

Probably hard to drive that thing in the NYC metro area, yeah?

Are there any good wheeling spots in NY?

There are a couple of OHV parks in Pa (around 3-4 hrs from the city) Out by me on Long Island we can drive on certain beaches. Everything is private land out here.

Yeah it’s not really many places have a travel to Pennsylvania to do any decent trails.

Brooklyn roads can be rough on suspension parts for sure. Westchester county roads are no better.
