A lesson learned—keep it light and nimble!

I spent a little time looking last night, but all I could find was flat head hex socket. I won't need 50, so I'll have to keep looking for some I can buy just a few of. This points me in the right direction! (y)

If you don't get the stainless self threading trailer deck screws in Torx, don't bother. Self threading means they are hardened and very tough, you won't break them, strip out the drive, or strip the threads.

Did the mock up of the driver's side. I only had to clamp and remove it 3 times before getting it where I wanted. The bottom edge that mates to the rocker had to be trimmed on the rear most part to make it sit flush. I'll have to wait a couple days before doing the drilling though.

As always, brilliant work. Reflecting on the thread title, how much does the armour weigh in at?

My scale doesn't do a good job of weighing lighter stuff, so I'm not sure how accurate it is. That said, the weight I got for both corners was approximately 14 pounds.

Thanks to @psrivats, I now have a set of rock jock 3" SpringsI. Since I have 4 different springs, I'm doing a little experimenting with different heights. I'm not going to pull the Pro Comp springs off the LJ, which means I'll try the Nth Degree 3" and the Rock Jock 3".

Interesting how much longer the rockjock springs are.

The rear is done and balanced out the best I can do with parts on hand. Up travel is 5" and down travel is 4". I did end up having to add 1" additional bumpstop in the rear.

I'm not exactly sure how it happened, but adding the empty Nth Degree Springs increased my lift by 3" over over the 2" that I previously had. I'm guessing once I drive it around it'll settle a little bit, just like the other set up did.

Are you going to swap them all in and see if they provide different amounts of lift?

All else being equal a longer spring that provides the same amount of lift would need to be softer correct?

Correct. The spring coil thickness is one of the measurements in the picture of all three. The Nth springs are significantly thicker, if that means anything.
