Hit a speed bump going 30 mph and right away my AC stopped blowing cold air. From what I can tell, the compressor clutch doesn't engage anymore. Can anybody point me in the right direction? I have literally just has it re-charged two days ago.

thanks!

The connection at the compressor is where I would start or the relay

I would go back and ask them to check the refrigerant level. In the accumulator there is a low pressure switch that will shut off the compressor if the refrigerant pressure is low. Could be that you have a serious leak, the switch has failed in the open position from the impact with the speed bump, or something else is going on. But R level is the first thing I would check.

So I went back to the Jeep the next day, turned it on and, like me when my wife has a headache, it sorted itself out. :) It works fine now.

thanks for all the replies anyway!
