You shouldn't have a castor problem at 2.5" of lift. Camber is fixed on a solid axle vehicle. Look up the thead on how to do an alignment. You may simply have a toe issue.
Like others have said, there really is no reason for adjustable control arms at that low lift level.
If you do decide to get them, core 4x4 with Johnny joints are decent, or spring for Currie or Savvy arms. Stay away for any arms that use an a lock nut to hold the flex joint (like rough country) together. They loosen up over time and cause problems.
