Whoops, I see now this is a 4 cylinder. Yes Bank 2 should have no data as it doesn't exist. So we can't really compare the two unfortunately.
Well I've already tested the running condition with brake booster detached and vac line plugged; there was no change.
I live in a quiet neighborhood, if the test is to have the vac line plugged from the brake booster and then see if the Jeep dies on slow down to a stop, I can definitely do that and report back tomorrow.
Huh. I have this same intermittent issue. I have found tapping the throttle gets it out of that loop. Assumed it was the IAC being commanded to stay open on some weird issue in the advance I added at the specific range of rpm +map. Guess I need to check those things.Yet another possibility to consider from my experience:
In my case I had a new aftermarket exhaust header. All worked perfectly except I would get terrible rev hang after running the engine hard. Like I would hit the clutch and it would hold 3k RPM, and eventually go down.
Turns out the intake header didn't have quite enough clearance from the exhaust header.
Seems like your pressure regulator in the tank is not holding, but it's coming up to pressure when powered. That's probably not the source of your issue.
