My middle-sized compressor is a Rollair. Very well-made unit!

I have the old 21 gallon 2.5 hp Harbor Freight (Central Pneumatic). I've had it at least 10 years without issue. Flow rate: 5.8 CFM @ 40 PSI, 4.7 CFM @ 90 PSI

The flow specs on the one you linked are a little better. Should put you in range of the entry level HVLP gun if you ever want to spray. Mine will spray raptor liner just fine, but I'd be concerned with paint. Mine cannot keep up with a 3" cut off tool.

EDIT: I got a retractable reel a couple years back and it's been great. Mine is the Flexzilla, I have that wall mounted and shoved the compressor back in an alcove in the garage.

I have a 27gal Husky I bought a few years ago. It's a vertical tank with wheels. 6.8 CFM @40 PSI & 5.1 CFM @90 PSI. I've been pretty happy with it. It was a bit cheaper when I bought it vs today, but probably still worth the money. It's a placeholder until I get a 60gal 2 stage.

I have a Performax 20 Gallon, 4.2 CFM at 90 PSI and 165 PSI max. I was able to find one for $80 on marketplace that was only used once. It's great, however I need to upgrade my air tools.

What is your ultimate price range? An investment in a quality compressor will last you a lifetime. Depending on the tools you are planning on running, a small compressor will have a much shorter life span trying to keep up with high demand tools. As mentioned above, buy once cry once definitely applies to a tool like a compressor.
