When I was much younger (and dumber), I had a Bronco with 36" Cepek Fun Country tires and no matching spare. I got a flat out in that area while going to check out Black Mesa, the highest point in OK. I had to call a tire shop in Boise City and they sent out a mobile truck for repair. This was in the mid '90s, I don't recall the cost, but it wasn't cheap and was in the triple digits for a tire repair.
