Alpine Touchscreen with Sirius XM

Hello all,

Has anyone installed an Alpine head unit with navigation and Sirius XM satellite radio? I have become extremely spoiled and am experiencing first world problems when I drive the Jeep. My other car has Sirius XM, so now I can't stand commercials and talking on the local FM stations.

I am seriously considering installing the Alpine INE-W960HDMI. Before I purchase the stereo I wanted to see if anyone has installed this model or something similar. Crutchfield has pictures of the unit, but they don't show any that were installed. My goal with this thread is to see if the stereo is flush with the dash. I'd like it to be low profile, almost hidden.

I have not, but I was behind a TJ that had something very similar in his dash last week. As I have thought about doing something similar, I was trying to catch up to him to see if he'd pull over so I could pick his brain, but in merging traffic he got away from me at a light.

Bottom line, its doable

While I haven't seen that exact one put in a TJ, I know there are a ton of members on here who have put double DIN headhunts in their TJ.
