With the kitchen remodel fully underway and not knowing when, exactly, we'll be able to cook inside again, I sprung for a new Blackstone yesterday. Got the 28" cooktop and lid with an air fryer and warming basket. Used the air fryer on some fish tacos last night and seasoned the griddle. I'm a fan already!

Goodbye, mr propane grill. You will not be missed!

For my wife and I, I got the 28" version. The 36" version would be better for a family...I believe it has two fryer drawers and one warming drawer. The 28" one has one fryer and one warmer.

I got the 2 burner- 22" version for my camper, and wish I had a 4 burner with air fryer for my house. I went down the youtube rabbit hole watching videos on cooking with a griddle. I've cooked a lot of meals on the griddle that I never considered before.
