Happen to stumble on this old thread but for anyone wondering if that filter was actually for a 4.0 it is indeed. Mighty has 2 different oil filters for the 4.0 this is a pic from my Mighty filter P/N catalogue. Edit: I am actually running an M3600 on my jeep currently.
