Hillman item number 880438

Trim it 1/8 shorter and cut it vertically in one place

Wrap it on the post -

Then add krazy glue or silicone and slip on the item #880447.

And you get this -

I’ll get more into the slider bushing on another post - this one will prevent most of the movement though.

Andy’s finger is stuck to the bushing, which is stuck to the seat frame, which stops the rattling and movement.

Problem solved.

I bought the one from Etsy and it probably only lasted a year. The material they use is too soft and it has been breaking apart. They were $20 a set and I bet @AndyG part is just a few cents?

I just checked and the 1" long spacer is $1.20 at Lowe's.

it was a smaller problem than that, lets just say he had to pee and leave it at that

Yes you can buy these- they fit

All you have to do is trim one bushing

Remember the post is welded with a flat head so nothings going to slip right on

There is a video on YouTube where a guy is saying he got his testicles caught in his bicycle spokes and he’s trying to get people to help him- it is hysterical.

It works- I used silicone just because I had some sitting there but I think cyo/Krazy glue may be the better choice-

I dont know if either one will actually stick to Nylon but we'll see. I'll use super glue and we'll see if it makes a difference.
