I grabbed a bunch of each and while I was cutting cut a bunch of them seeing how I now have 3 TJ's in the yard !

Yeah, I discovered one of the videos posted here on the forum was for the later style seats and the bushings I bought were the wrong size for my seats.
I had to remove my seat bolt, measure the bolt diameter, and measure the slot width. I don't think there's any way to get a bushing in the slider bolt due to the very narrow width of the slot but putting one on the welded stud should be possible.
If you only do that it’s going to do you some good
I don’t know that the slider bushing is a real lifesaver anyway-

only 2 are mine, 1 is my brothers. but when I do something like this I get enough parts to fix his too !

You know there is truth to that- The quieter you get these things the more you hear....

Has anyone found a similar bushing that is black? Black would blend in much better than those white ones.
They make them in black. Instead of being nylon they are called delron and they are a bit harder. We used them as bushings in our seasoners. We bought stock pieces and milled them to our specs and needs.
Ooops. It’s DELRIN not delron. You can get it in tubes too. Interesting.
