Is there anyone here from JKS?

I've got the Quicker Disconnects on my TJ (part # JKs2001 for TJ w/2.5 - 4" of lift) and recently, one of the pins that thread into/bolt onto the frame to mount the discos on when they're disconnected from the axle worked its way loose and must have fallen off.

That specific part of the quicker disco kit isn't sold separately on their website. I called and held for 23 minutes until their automated system apologized for nobody being able to help, told me to call later and ended the call. I sent an email through their website and they did respond with the specific part numbers I'd need to buy (2003xx and 23259), along with an extension for a specific person - but they don't answer and haven't returned my call. I even provided my contact info in my original email for someone there to call me, but no luck.

Shortly after I bought the discos 2 years ago, one of the retaining pins broke and they were quick to respond and even sent out a bag of 4 pins to replace at no charge. They were very responsive and provided great service then, but this go around is shaping up to be a totally different experience. I'd really prefer to get a the proper replacement parts rather than zip tying the discos to the frame or rigging something else; hoping someone there may be on the forum and see this to connect and facilitate a little support!

I’ve had the same issues with mine. Probably just gonna replace them with something else. My guess is they are short staffed like most shops these days.

I understand the challenge to a degree, but they've got people answering emails fairly efficiently. You'd think they'd put 2 and 2 together and simply resolve via email by asking for a mailing address and sending out the $.75 part to get this one out of the cue and move on to more impactful issues like bigger product issues or more importantly, sales. 🤷‍♂️

A Swayloc is on the list for down the road; maybe I'll have to consider making the move sooner than expected.

This little fella here. Aluminum sleeve and a hex head bolt that threads thru the back and into the frame.

I may have some , give me til tomorrow evening to check....I didn’t want to fool with them and planned on zip tying the link to
the sway bar or some alternate idea. I’ve installed 3 sets, I should have a couple.

Just wanted to give a shout out to @oldjeepman and @AndyG for being so gracious and offering to help/send spare parts even though the intent here was just to see if the manufacturer was monitoring the forum as I know some do.

oldjeepman, the parts arrived today; thanks again, I really appreciate it (no more zip ties :) ), and AndyG, thank you also for looking out for a fellow member!

Absolutely. Did ya ever tackle that dash squeak?

I did....or so I thought. Replaced the center bezel as it was missing all but one of the tabs that insert into the backing panel, and at the same time, stole your idea to make some cushioning 'washers' for every screw that holds any part of the dash in place. Tight and quiet for 6+ months but it's recently come back. Probably just need to retighten the screws. 🤞

Cool, dont rule out 3m emblem tape or any thick 2 sided type, or use silicone, let it firm up 30 minutes, then tighten.

I know fixing mine made mine a lot more enjoyable.

More pro tips I may have to try. Getting rid of that squeak was really the final touch to making it pleasant to drive as well as super capable. It's not near as bad now as it was then; very seldom and much less noticeable, but still want to eliminate. To quote Ferris Bueller, '....it is so choice; I highly recommend picking one up...IF you have the means.'
