Are all Jeep Jacks created equal?

So I took out my TJ seats to find out that the bottle jack is missing. Contacted the po but said he doesn't have it. So i started searching for an OEM replacement which I saw a few from $60 to $120 depending on condition and crank arm, but i found others that look similar to a TJ Jack but were from
YJ , LJ, Liberty, Cherokee etc... Even saw one from a Silverado that looks similar. Are all OEM Jeep bottle jacks the same just with different mounts/ arms? I could buy one for much cheaper than a TJ Jack some new ones too.

Used TJ jacks can usually be found on eBay for reasonable prices. Make sure it comes with its tools.
