Aussie locker vs Spartan locker

Replaced my powertrax no slip that failed (paddle sheared) with the torq locker. More noise but less parts to fail and easier to install as well.

I was about to buy the power trax no slip. How much life did you get out of it before it failed?

Half a year. Warranty was a joke too.

The No-Slip has a good reputation. Mine was going on 10 years old and still working fine when the TJ it was in when stolen. The No-Slip is made by Powertrax who has been making lockers longer than some members here have been alive.

My aussie lasted only about 2 years before the teeth got rounded off. I may go with a spartan next.

The Torq and Aussie both have a 2 year warranty. The person I spoke to at Torq Masters when I ordered my Torq locker stated that it was stronger and used hardened materials to make it last longer and hold up to more abuse than the Aussie. Don't know how much truth that has but figured I would pass it along.
