When I shift from park to forward or reverse, I hear a low rachet sound for a second as the transmission shifts into gear...The transmission seems to work fine. Any suggestions as to what the sound is?? The Jeep Dealer Service Manager said he didn't know but don't worry about it! Not much of an answer.
