After you fix the axles, you can remove the shaft and run it in 4hi to see if its still there.

Oh yeah I did that and most of the vibrations gone, specially the "womp womp' that one completely disappears. that when I had the shaft re balanced.

Im wondering if some wobble is acceptable?seeing as the tires are up the ground.. there way less wobble now but theres very little wobble left. more on one rotor than the other.

How do the tires look when they are installed? It might be possible the drum got a little distorted from being clamped down on the shafts before. But if the axle flange to drum flange to wheel flange are all true you shouldn't have any problems.

Also the drum castings can be deceivingly imperfect from the outside. What matters is that where the drum mounts to the axle is true to the machined surface the shoes ride on.
