The kit through the Toyota Dealer is about <$30 but I'm told backordered until Dec. So if in a rush, eBay is your option. For the cheap dealer price I ordered 2 kits.

I have had the Toyota/Koito H4 kit with 80/100's and now have the Holley RetroBright.
I still have the Toyo housings and bulbs if anyone wants them. I was really happy with their pattern and output but not the color temp, so I switched to the Holley's. Zero regrets.

The "best" is probably the KC Gravity LEDs.
For 1/10th of the price, I've been very happy with the Toyota kit.

Maybe an outlier but I'm unimpressed with the output of the Toyota swap. Yup, wiring harness upgraded as well.

I've had decent results with Sylvania in other vehicles.
Had a pair of Daniel Stern recommended H4 but such a PITA to change in the LJ I chose to put them in my Yamaha Grizzly. No big boost there either.
The C I B E I put in the XJ years ago, with harness, made a huge difference but are no longer available.
Put 7" Auxbeam LED on the LJ but they'll be strictly offroad or desolate 2-lane use. Would never try to get away with that on the interstate
I ordered Hella 80/100s today. Interested to see the difference.
Rugged Ridge has factory looking LED lights now too, but still at ~$200 each… a little less $ than Holly for same look.

And on another note what would I use to brighten the fog lights. Maybe with a yellow bulb? If I need to get a new housing that is fine but I want it to still look oem. I saw online that due to the reflectors it won’t be much brighter. What I want to do this jeep is OEM+ lol

I don't know about those bulbs. My post you quoted is over four years old. I used the relays till one of them crapped out. At that time, rather than replace the relay, I got new headlights.
I've got the RetroBrights too. If I had known about the Toyotas first I would have done that and saved some $
