Bestop super top frame. Can I use any other skin?

Hello everyone, new to the forum and I have a question.

I have a bestop super top (from what I can tell) and I desperately need a new top. However, I want to replace the top and upper door skins as well. With the prices of bestop kits I hoped for a cheaper option.

Is there any chance a smittybilt will fit the super top frame? Or any other low cost top?

From my quick research, the cheapest option looks to be a complete quadratop kit with frame? Or to find a used factory frame and buy a smittybilt.

Any help is appreciated

The Bestop frame is identical to stock for the most part. Because of that, you should be able to fit any replacement top on there that uses the stock frame (which I believe the Smittybilt does).
 
From what I am finding online I think the way the front windshield part attaches to the frame is different?

Best top makes different frames.. mine I believe is the "super top". they also make a factory style top. So there must be some differences.
