Better Exhaust Sound

If the exhaust doesn’t sound tough enough, how about the stock horn? Sounds like a VW Bug’s little sister

I’ve maybe used my horn twice haha. Should throw a train horn on it for no reason other than why not.

Either way. Damn good Jeep good sir. I’d go a similar route if I wasn’t such a big fan of my precious i6. Myyyy preeeeciouuusssss.

Truthfully, the Supercharged I6 was a hell of a good motor. 300 ponies, 400 torque at the crank. And dead nuts, 100% reliable - and I am not exaggerating there. It never stalled, ever. Always ran like a watch, no matter what abuse I tossed its way. Kenne Bell intercooled supercharger and tune. It was dialed in.

The Hemi is that way now, but it literally took years of work and a bunch of tuning. Flyin’ Ryan finally got it dialed for me, but it took many iterations. But even so, every once in a blue moon it reminds me it is not that old 4.0…

When building my skid plate system, I had the exhaust temporarily dumped right after the starter. If you're going for a sound kinda like a weird molested 24v Cummins that makes you deaf at 70mph, then that's your answer. I am very glad I put the muffler back on it lol
