I'm not home to take a closer look at the Jeep but I was looking through pictures I have and realized the body mounts don't look right. Does anyone else see something wrong?

That's probably it. I completely missed that that's with the Poison Spyder rock rails on. I probably would have figured that out next weekend when I finally get home again and looked at it in person but you saved me trying to figure out WTF the previous owner was thinking!
I already have all new rubber pucks waiting at the house and a Savvy body lift on backorder that should arrive at the house shortly after I do.
i'm pretty sure i can see the edge of cutouts, when i blow up the pics. what you need to figure is if the bracket is lending structural support to the rocker.
if you lift the body higher the rocker will also move up yes? it would follow the body upward and then sit above the bracket by the BL amount.

if that slot is wide enough the body mount is inside it's width then it'll move.
if it's trapped beneath it then you'd need to add any BL to the underside of the OE piece to keep the distance for the rocker to remain trapped.

The upper body mount is on top of that rocker guard. Here’s the installation instructions. There is a slot wider than the bolt diameter but smaller than the outside diameter of the rubber mount.
"If you have a body lift, the body lift puck should be located between the Rocker and the steel body mount outrigger, with the upper bushing above the Rocker, between the Rocker and the body tub."
Won't that mess up the Savvy body lift though? IIRC the Savvy pucks are machined to cup the stock rubber pucks.

I replaced mine with a set from Energy Suspension part # 2.4107G--they are a little smaller in diameter than the stock ones but work great--Amazon has them
Better yet, what the fuck was Poison Spyder thinking with that shit design? What they and everyone misses about that crap is you can't even out the pressure on the tub because some of the mounts sit against flat surfaces on the torque box and some sit in dimples for the top of the body mount.
If I showed that mounting system to anyone with a brain and it didn't have that logo on it, they would throw the company under the bus as being a shit designer every time the subject came up on the internet. There is not one single aspect of those rails that is good if you need a rock rail to be one. Even then, they are about the same as walking out to any stock rig, jacking up 2 body mounts on each side, sticking a 1/4" spacer on top of one, 1/2" on top of another and bolting them back down. No one thinks that is a good idea unless there is a fucking spyder involved.
Doesn't matter much. The whole design is fucked so some more fucked isn't going to change much.

That’s how mine are. You cut a little slice out of the height of certain mounts. You have the new style.
The previous owner was the one who bought and installed it so it's also partly his fault.
I was glad I didn't need to spend money on sliders but now I guess I still need to.
While I understand what you're saying, I don't currently run in rocks but I do use the step on the slider. Would I hurt anything running the Savvy body lift with those since the middle mounts will be 1/8 inch higher than the rest? Or is the cup of the Savvy puck not severe enough to matter?
