Broken lunchbox locker?

What up TJ's... I'm new to the forum , it's tight.i got really bad vibration after a rock day. I thought it was a bent front driveshaft. 8 ding it a bit ,some scratches. But it's not bad.. I've had lunchbox lockers front and rear for almost 2 years,and I've got a new ratcheting noise in my front diff. I opened it up and it seems like it doesn't work, it's like it's open? ... I think. I'm kinda confused. It's clean inside but rais a wheel and 1 turns free it doesn't lock.
Any ideas?. I'm. Vibrating bad , feels like drive line. I'm clack, and ratcheting different lunch box lockers noise, ... A lot of noise

Are the pins or springs in the lunchbox broken? Cracks in the halves of the body?

I'd pull the front driveshaft to check for vibrations

I have no experience with lunchbox lockers, so I'm probably not going to be of much help, but when you lift the front end off the ground and spin one tire, does the opposite tire spin in the same direction or the opposite direction? I know with a selectable locker, if the locker is on, both tires would spin the same direction, but when it's off, they spin in opposite directions. At least this would confirm if it's locked or open.

Oh geese guys, so I pulled front drive shaft especially after putting all 4 tires up, it was definitely bent, got a Tom woods, it solved the vibration and grinding noises, but now I think I have clutch issues, it goes into 4 hi but 4 lo .... Just a zzzzz noise and go nowhere!... Got 2 wheel seems ok, hard to get into gears, and the jeep wants to pop out of gear ... Gotta hold it in. Grinds reverse and second. Clutch? T case?

Ricky can transfer case linkage be adjusted to improve shifting, or are we really talking about replacing with a cable shifter?
